Booked a room on the second level. My room included an oven, kitchenware, and a washing machine.

The room I got was big size and fairly quiet with spacious kitchen and fireplace, as for instance.

The location was perfect, close to Universal and Disney Magic Kingdom. The kitchen was well-equipped. Restaurants nearby open late. Late check-in process was quick and easy. Spacious and clean apartment. Fireplace was a nice touch. Pool, jacuzzi, and amenities included. Pleasant and helpful staff.

There was nothing I didn't like.

We were pleasantly surprised at how nice the condo was. Very clean and comfortable. Wish we had stayed two nights.

There were no plates. I was glad I had packed paper plates. Also, someone had removed the battery from the smoke alarm and it kept beeping. We called the front desk but he was unable to help because maintenance was gone for the day.

The rooms with well equipped kitchen and refrigerator, as for instance.

This condo was very comfortable and spacious. We really enjoyed staying there and wish we could have stayed longer than one night. Great for families.

Clean, spacious rooms. Great amenities, including pool, jacuzzi, paddle boats, playground, fishing equipment. Well-maintained with homely atmosphere. Cable TV, ice, washer, dryer, stove, dishwasher. Easy access to pool from room, beautiful dock. Friendly staff, visible cleaning, and night security. Short distance to Disney parks. Excellent choice for future stays in FL.

The Hotel was in great location close to all Amusement Parks, stores, restaurants, and shopping

I made the reservation through Booked.net for several days for a trip to Orlando to see SeaWorld and Universal Studios (Potter Land). When I arrived they could not find our reservation at the front desk. After I showed them my printout, the lady stated that corporate did not forward the reservation. We had to go several times and every time they gave us a key for one day accessing the room. It was enormous inconvenience to us when you imagine that the units are remotely away from the office and we normally come to the room at night after a long day of walk in Amusement Parks. Also, the second night, the top unit of our building had a large party until 5am for college students. They were loud and made our night sleep miserable.

I loved Bryans Spanish Cove as it is close to Disney, Universal and all kinds of shopping. It is very clean and newly remodeled. The pool was very clean. Loved the view of the lake. We met up with other family members here and we all had a wonderful time. Plenty of room for our family and we really enjoyed our stay and will come back here when we are in Orlando.

My only complaint is how uncomfortable the couches are.

The condo's decor is charmingly dated with seaside pictures and border details. The bed was clean and extremely comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly and quick to respond. It's conveniently located near restaurants, shopping, and Disney. The apartments are spacious and have a fully equipped kitchen, laundry machines, two bedrooms with their own bathrooms, and a balcony.

It irradiates the love it was built with... It is such a great place, and with lovely staff, could not believe my eyes when saw the flat!!! It has everything one needs, and much more, and all for a very good price! The balcony is lovely, and the hot tub right at the shore of lake Bryan..

The rooms here were fantastic! They were so nice and had everything we needed, like a washer/dryer and a big kitchen. It was exactly what we were hoping for 😉

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, taking care of any issues promptly. The hotel is located on a beautiful lake, offering stunning views and the opportunity to borrow boats. The pool and jacuzzi also overlook the lake, making it a fantastic spot to relax. The apartments were immaculately clean and well-equipped, including a fully stocked kitchen. The location of the hotel was perfect, being only a 15-minute drive from the attractions in the area.
